ModeratorI’ve tried this, I’ve put a test order through and nothing is showing in any of the logs. Completely blank pages. Yet the order has gone through and showing in Stripe. No email confirmation and no record of the transaction. No email logs from the site either so nothing is being .
The magic word is “Stripe.” Are you using the Payment Gateway Bundle Addon?

ModeratorNot that the function itself is problematic or you would have heard of more instances of this happening, but rather that some interaction with another plugin is causing the issue by interacting with the process of creating Custom Fields…??

Moderator…this only affects some new members
Please ensure the debug logs are turned on, and see if there is a pattern or commonality. Also, are you using a Business or Personal PayPal account?

Moderator…I haven’t found a way to do it other than overwriting the image file in the plugin directory
That’s kinda the only way.

ModeratorWhen a new member has not completed their registration, we use the Admin Function to generate a link to complete that registration.
We then use the link ourselves (rather than sending it to the member) to complete their registration.
When you use the link yourself; are you still logged in as the admin account? Can you try copying the link to an incognito window and try it?

- Please try re-downloading & reinstalling a fresh copy of your plugins:
- Does the error occur when using the generic WordPress theme?
- Please check your site for Javascript problems:

Moderator- Please enable the debug logs.
- Deactivate and uninstall the addon, and run a test. Then examine the log file(s), to ensure everything is working as expected.
- Download a fresh copy of the addon, install it and activate it.
- Finally, run another test. Examine the debug log file(s) to see if any errors show up.
