Hello
For the last 2 weeks, orders have not been processed although payment has been taken and Stripe has notified us of the order. We cannot see what has been ordered (although we have a good idea what it was) the inventory has not recorded anything (reduced the number of products available) and there’s no record of the order at all.
It was previously working fine. Last order was received 12/9/22
I have noticed a previous forum support message regarding WP MAIL SMTP so I have deactivated this now. Would this stop the order from being processed in the back-end? I understand it might stop emails being sent/received about the order, but surely if the payment has been processed the order should be logged somewhere?
Please help.

Can someone log in to the site and look into this please? How can I share login details with you?
Thanks
Chris

The magic word is “Stripe.” Are you using the Payment Gateway Bundle Addon?
Without that addon, your payment gateway choices are limited to the following:September 28, 2022 at 6:46 pm #84635adminKeymasterIf the debug log file is empty after a transaction, it means our plugin is not receiving the payment notification from the payment gateway (in this case Stripe). So we have to look at what setup configuration is missing for Stripe. It is likely that you haven’t setup the Stripe webhooks according our following documentation. Can you please double check this and let me know if you have setup the webhooks (step 9 in the following setup document)?
If you have setup the webhooks, then it could be that there is a firewall or security setup on the server that is blocking the webhook information that Stripe is sending to our plugin. Some firewall or security plugins will accidentally block Stripe notifications. So it is a good idea to do the following and do a test:
Also, post a URL to the page that contains the payment button so I can inspect a few things using my browser.

As It has worked previously, unless stripe have updated something, the webhooks are set up. Funnily enough we are now getting a message displaying quickly when visiting the site saying “Please wait whilst we verify your request” on every page.
Server support been contacted.
Thanks for the help. I’ll post and marked resolved if this sorts the issue.
