- Keep the debug logs turned on, until the situation is understood/Resolved. This will allow you to see what payment notification the plugin is receiving and if that matches with what is expected.
- Place the actual renewal button on a protected page, or in a protected section, that can only be accessed if the member is logged in.
- Are you using any page caching plugins on your site? If so, which one?

Once the mass payment file is created; you must MANUALLY initiate the mass payment process, per the video. At this point; you already know who the payments have been made to; and you can feed the file into a mail-merge program.wzpModeratorPlease first try downloading, and installing a “fresh copy” of the plugin files.

As suggested by @admin, trying to reuse existing buttons, etc. could be an issue.
wzpModerator…the number of sales attributed to the product are more than the number of orders I can see in the Customer Management area…
I’m going to take a “shot in the dark,” on this. I see you have another support issue ongoing with @admin, in which the issue of PHP 8 compatibility is raised.
In your screenshot, for the “No Lunch” option; the “Assign a Price” box is unchecked. What happens if you assign a price of “0” to it?

Completely blank pages. Yet the order has gone through and showing in Stripe. No email confirmation and no record of the transaction. No email logs from the site either so nothing is being .
The magic word is “Stripe.” Are you using the Payment Gateway Bundle Addon?
