1. Is there a recommended way to remove address fields from the signup/user edit pages , I have no need for these fields and want to simplify the forms. I saw in this post from 2014 https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/wp-affiliate-add-remove-fields-in-user-profile reference to an add on , was this ever done ?

Historically although Affiliate Platform supports a “limited” 2 tier model, it will sometimes trigger alarms at PayPal, et al; because they will think your business is an MLM.

I think you are overthinking the problem of how mass payment works. Have you read this?

At this point; you already know who the payments have been made to; and you can feed the file into a mail-merge program.Please first try downloading, and installing a “fresh copy” of the plugin files.
eStore conditional coupons do not support Boolean operations. If you absolutely need something “like that,” we *might* be able to do a custom work order.

As suggested by @admin, trying to reuse existing buttons, etc. could be an issue.
