ParticipantI added the Customer Input addon to our Simple PayPal Shopping Cart plugin for the customer to input their phone number. When I do this, the PayPal link stops working/is not highlighted to continue to PayPal. Could you please direct me to an answer or let me know how I can fix this. Thank you.
Could not find an answer to this in your forum

KeymasterThere could be another plugin on this site with a JavaScript error that is breaking the functionality of the customer input addon. Can you please post a link to the page where I can go and add an item to the cart and view the cart? I can then inspect it from my browser and see if there are any JavaScript errors on the site.

ParticipantSorry for not providing the link right away. The website owner had me turn it off because she said it wasn’t working. Is it possible that it might not work on her Mac but it works on Windows? When I go to this page now after turning the plugin back on, I see that it is a link and it does take me to PayPal.

KeymasterAt the moment it looks like the “open checkout in a new window” option is enabled. That option could be having an issue in Safari browser with the ajax request. The Ajax request is needed for the collect customer input addon.
Uncheck the following checkbox from the Advanced settings menu of the plugin:
Open Checkout in a New WindowLet me know how it goes in safari browser after that.

ParticipantI unchecked the “open checkout in a new window”. The site owner hasn’t had any people sign up for a class on Safari. I tried it on my phone and it works. Thank you for your help.
