ModeratorSo, setting the conversion preference still results in a “No DL file path conversion performed” message. The second clue is the presence of a .CPGZ compressed Unix CPIO archive file extension.
Are you self hosting, or are you using a commercial hosting provider?

ModeratorWP eStore -> Settings -> addon Settings -> WP eStore Download Manager Related -> Automatic URL Conversion Preference -> (Default) Absolute
The log extract you provided seems to indicate the preference is set to “Do Not Convert” instead. If the preference is actually set to Absolute, there may be some server related issue that is preventing eStore from performing a proper conversion.
You can also try the “Relative” setting as well. In either case, the debug log should indicate a conversion. If not, we need to explore why the conversion is not taking place.

ModeratorThere seems to be no DL file path conversion happening. Try selecting either the Absolute or Relative DL path conversion preference.

ModeratorBut that can’t be right, because I just tried the encrypted download link you provided and I got a copy of the Will_Masterform_Setup.exe file.
wzp
ModeratorOk…
So sounds like what you just said is the encrypted download link downloads a copy of eStore, instead of the file you want?!?

ModeratorCould you please reset the logs, and try another download? Then post the last couple of lines from download_mananger_debug.log file?
wzp
ModeratorUnder WP eStore -> Settings, please enable the debugging, reset the debug log files and then manually generate a download link using the Admin Functions. Then go back to the debug logs and check download_manager_debug.log to see if there are any clues.

ModeratorHi Jimmy,
Not only can you can remove the short code from the template, but you can customize it to any form that suits you; using any one of the available e-mail short code tags:

ModeratorIf you deactivated the one on the primary blog, does it work on the other one?

ModeratorDid you check to see if the “Enable Transaction Result Display” box accidentally got unchecked?

ModeratorUse a free download button instead of the squeeze form button. Of course, since no e-mail address is being collected, no download link will be e-mailed; and the download will immediately begin once the button is clicked.
