Blank page when clicking download link

My customers are getting the email with the encrypted links, on clicking the encrypted link the first 3 times it gives a blank page – then it gives the regular You have exceeded the maximum download limit for this link.

The logs show everything normal… (changed domain name and file name in the log below)

[01/10/2011 4:12 PM] – Status : Unresolved DL file path = http://domain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/downloads/file.pdf

[01/10/2011 4:12 PM] – Status : Resolved DL file path = /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/downloads/file.pdf

[01/10/2011 4:12 PM] – Status : Dispatching DL method = 1

Checked everything… unencrypted I get the file downloading just fine.

I also stopped all the other plugins but the same behavior continued.

Ahhh, that worked… thank you! However the logs say FAILURE: even thou it works after changing the number.

Could you please reset the logs, and try another download? Then post the last couple of lines from download_mananger_debug.log file?
