That “folder” *is* the contents of the zip file. Perhaps, in the excitement to install the product, you extracted the files and accidentally deleted the zip file? In either case, simply copy the folder to the WordPress plugin directory and continue with the setup steps.

“…the plugin will do a search to see if any similar record exists and send you the products…” Sweet, AI and fuzzy logic! 8)

Amin or Ivy would have to investigate the content of your database record. Thanks for the feedback. 8)

Are using the transaction ID that was associated with your WP eStore purchase?

This post is a recap of my offline exchange with pwradio…

I believe the CPGZ problem is being caused by a “single bit error” that is corrupting the download. Use of a 3rd party program such as 7-ZIP was able to open the file.

MP3 files are already compressed. By recompressing the already compressed MP3 files, pwradio only gained a 7% compression advantage. The problem though, is that this forces the buyer into sitting through a very large, prone to error, download.

The suggestion is to use the “bundled product” feature of eStore, and to create a bundle with the MP3 files instead. This way, each file gets its own download link. If an error occurs during the download of a single file, the buyer is not forced into sitting through another long download, just to recover one file.

Please go to my contact form at theassurer.com/contact and provide me with the following:

    1. Your email address.

    2. A link to the original file in question.

    3. A manually generated download link, using the eStore Admin Functions.

All clues help. We’ll have to wait for Amin, since he’s the one who is actually looking at your site.

I was just Googling for CPGZ. By any chance, is or was, a Macintosh ever involved with the file?

Amin or Ivy will read this thread later this evening and email you an access request form.

I think Amin needs to take a closer look at your system. You might try a different download method, but I don’t think it would help; because the DL path conversion preferences don’t seem to be behaving as expected. The failure of the conversion preferences suggests that something is going on with the server configuration.

Startlogic is your hosting provider. I asked because some people use their own computers (self hosting) which can complicate the troubleshooting process.

You’ve said that “…different error messages have occurred…” Can you recall any of those messages you’ve seen?
