Hi, subscription item doesn’t actually go to the shopping cart. So there won’t be any cart subtotal, tax or shipping.
Once a user clicks on the button it directly takes them to the “collect details” page where they can fill in their personal information. A summary of the subscription (name, terms, price) is also shown on the “collect details” page, which is the only way for the users to know how much they are actually paying for the subscription.
Hi, usually payment gateways don’t allow any tax with subscription. Authorize.net ARB doesn’t have any specific option for it either. But you can do the following tweak to achieve something similar:
1. Specify a price in the “recurring price” field which also includes the service charge. For example: if the base price for the subscription is $5.00 and the service charge is $2.00 you can specify $7.00 in the price field.
2. Edit the eStore product name to “Base Product name (service charge included)”. That way when a user subscribes for that product they will be able to see that you are charging the full price.
Hi, you wouldn’t have this issue if your song had the proper meta information (example: title, artist) in the audio file. The audio player plugin reads them and shows the title accordingly.
Anyway, we have just updated the eStore audio shortcode so it can take additional parameters to override those values. For example:

Hi, You can disable it from your PayPal account. But I don’t think it’s a problem on your end since half your customers are receiving the links instantly. Can you keep the debug option enabled so when one of your customers do not get it, we can analyze the debug and tell you exactly what went wrong.

Hi, this only happens in webkit browsers like Google Chrome and Safari when flowplayer runs in flash mode. We found that this bug had been already reported to Flowplayer. We are looking for a solution to fix it.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. we didn’t know that they were still selling licenses for the old Flowplayer flash version. we will update the instructions in the settings by putting a direct link to the new flowplayer HTML5 page.
Hi, Flowplayer upgraded their engine since Version 5. Now it’s called Flowplayer HTML5 and everything before version 5 falls under Flowplayer flash. License issued for Flowplayer flash doesn’t work with Flowplayer HTML5. Recently we have updated our Lightbox Ultimate plugin as well as the Flowplayer version, which is why your old key is not working.
@paul, Which version of flowplayer did you purchase the license for? Did you purchase it directly from the flowplayer site?
