Discount code conditions suddenly not working in cart

I tested the discount codes after I set everything up two months ago and it all worked fine. Now suddenly when someone enters the 25% discount code, which has a required condition of a minimum $30 order, the cart does not require the minimum $30. Someone placed an order last night for about $15, entered the discount, and the system took off 25%, even though it wasn’t supposed to. I just tested the cart and it allowed me to use the 25% discount on any amount, not just over $30.

What is the problem?

Can you please edit the 25% coupon code and verify the condition you have in that coupon? Does it have a “Total Amount” is “Greater than” Condition? Did you recently upgrade estore or add any other estore addon to this site?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it does have a “total amount” is “greater than” condition. I haven’t upgraded the estore or added any estore addons to the site.
