Couple of problems on the below page:
I paid for a commercial flowplayer license but it still shows the logo on the video. Also, when it plays and I maximise it starts playing from the start. Same when I minimize it again.

September 23, 2013 at 7:59 pm #57897KeithMemberHi Paul,
It’s probably best to hit up [support@flowplayer.org] about the watermarking concern.
Just be sure that the domain that you specified when you purchased the license is used in the OBJECT tag when embedding [http://flash.flowplayer.org/demos/installation/alternate/index.html#object]
But of course when using the Lightbox plugin you just have to enter the correct key. Be sure you have the latest version of the plugin as well. Here are the steps (https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/removing-flowplayer-logo)
September 23, 2013 at 10:58 pm #57898wpCommerceModerator@paul, Which version of flowplayer did you purchase the license for? Did you purchase it directly from the flowplayer site?
September 24, 2013 at 1:41 am #57899paulwbrowningMemberHi Keith,
it’s a bit confusing to me as I don’t know if I’m supposed to download something into WP or the Lightbox Ultimate plugin. I did put the license number in the settings though.
I bought Flowplayer Flash v3.2 and entered the domain name howtonetwork.com but I don’t know if I was supposed to put www in front of that. They are trying to charge me to log a ticket.
I’ve got an old version of Lightbox Ultimate on another site and on that there is nowhere to put a license key in for Flowplayer so I presume it just checks their server to see that I have a commercial license for it.

Paul
September 24, 2013 at 2:25 am #57900paulwbrowningMemberFlowplayer say the code needs to call the license. I checked my old site [www.in60days.net] with an old version of Lightbox Ultimate and it references the license in the file ‘wp-lightbox-ultimate/wp_lightbox_flowplayer_includes.php’ but in my new site with the latest version it doesn’t, even though I’ve put it into the settings.

September 24, 2013 at 2:41 am #57901wpCommerceModeratorHi, Flowplayer upgraded their engine since Version 5. Now it’s called Flowplayer HTML5 and everything before version 5 falls under Flowplayer flash. License issued for Flowplayer flash doesn’t work with Flowplayer HTML5. Recently we have updated our Lightbox Ultimate plugin as well as the Flowplayer version, which is why your old key is not working.
September 24, 2013 at 4:23 am #57902paulwbrowningMemberSo what are you telling me? I bought the wrong license? You don’t point out that I have to buy a HMTL5 license anywhere which isn’t great. Why don’t you put that in the license box to save this mistake?
It isn’t an old key, I bought it yesterday.

Paul
September 24, 2013 at 7:58 am #57903adminKeymasterHi Paul, Where did you buy the license from?
Basically, we are using the latest library from FlowPlayer (to keep our plugin up to date). What flowplayer has done is that they made it so their old license doesn’t work with their new library (it is a little odd in my opinion but its their decision).
If you recenlty bought a license from flowplayer, they should give you the license for their latest library. I am just trying to understand where the disconnect is.
September 24, 2013 at 8:52 am #57904paulwbrowningMemberDisconnect for me is you have a box saying put the license number in here. I went to their site which doesn’t say that one is old and one is new, just gives you two choices, nothing about old or new. I couldn’t see the difference so I bought the flash one. Now I’m left trying to get them to refund or give credits and posting on multiple forums trying to sort the mess out.

September 24, 2013 at 11:24 pm #57905adminKeymasterHi Paul, I didn’t expect flowplayer to sell license key for the older platform without any kind of notice/warning on their pricing page. Anyway, we will add a note inside our plugin to make it clear. Sorry for the inconveniences caused.
We also have older version of our plugin that will work with a flowplayer key from the old platform. So if you want that version, we can give it to you.
September 24, 2013 at 11:38 pm #57906wpCommerceModeratorHi, sorry for the inconvenience. we didn’t know that they were still selling licenses for the old Flowplayer flash version. we will update the instructions in the settings by putting a direct link to the new flowplayer HTML5 page.
