@mrcordi, we have added some tweaks to the Ajax add to cart option. I have sent you the updated copy of eStore to your registered email address. Let me know how it goes.
It works with fancy display as well. Please do the following steps:
1) Install our extra shortcode addon.
2) add a gateway parameter to your fancy shortcode.
[wp_eStore_fancy_display id="1" type="3" style="1" gateway="auth_arb"]Here, id is your eStore product ID, type is the type of button (3 for subscription) and style is the fancy display style.

or

That shouldn’t make any difference. I just wanted to check since you are using the “Ajax option” (where an item is added to the shopping cart dynamically).

@Celeeib, Your site is running on WordPress 4.0 but your Lightbox Ultimate version is pretty old. please install a fresh copy of the plugin and see how it goes:

@Foreverbarcelona, The issues is resolved now. It was caused by data being submitted from https to http version of your website.

Gallery should still be working fine. It just won’t popup in lightbox I believe. Can you please send me a link to your gallery page so I can take a look?
