I’m trying to get your Lightbox ultimate to load a lightbox window with a youtube clip as soon as the page loads.
Using this code:
<div style=”display:none;”>
[wp_lightbox_ultimate_youtube_video_embed videoid=”3NWXQcXH-a4″ width=”500″ height=”400″ hd=”0″ autoplay=”1″ display_control=”1″ fullscreen=”1″ autohide=”2″ theme=”dark” use_https=”” enable_privacy=”” show_logo=”1″ showinfo=”1″ auto_popup=”1″ direct_embed=”” anchor_type=”” text=”” source=””]
</div>
I get a small black box with a spinning gear in it (kind of looks like an iPhone shutting down)
What is the appropriate shortcode (b/c clearly I’m missing something) that allows the auto_popup to work, without needing the user to click on a link to load the video.
Thanks
Justin
Hi, please provide a link to the page in question so I can take a look. You should also remove the div block around the shortcode (it doesn’t need to be hidden).
Link: [www.goodnight-app.com]
Notice the spinning gear in the middle
Thanks. I believe it’s conflicting with the fancybox library that comes from Photocrati NextGen module. Is there any option to disable it in the settings?
Yeah looks like that was the issue. (I disabled the plug-in temporarily)
I need that gallery though – suggestions on getting both working? Or maybe another plug-in that doesn’t conflict? Does WP Lightbox do a gallery like that?
Thanks
J
Gallery should still be working fine. It just won’t popup in lightbox I believe. Can you please send me a link to your gallery page so I can take a look?
Sorry – how do I link just the gallery? I disabled the plug-in temporarily. Or did you want access to the admin?
Sorry about that. I wanted to take a look at the gallery. Since NextGen gallery is deactivated I can’t see it anyway. I have sent you an email requesting access to your site. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
Received, and filled it out.
I have reactived the plug-in and put the code for it back in the “Benefits” page
Changing the NextGen gallery lightbox(Gallery->Other options->Lightbox Effects) fixed the issue.
