@nickicee, eStore doesn’t actually insert HTML code directly. The content is rendered via shortcodes which can only get filtered on the front end.

Hi, It may not be possible to customize the error message since it comes from the player. I will do some research and find out. As for the timeout, you should be able to set a higher number (For example: 20000 or 40000).
