Hi, I don’t see the eStore_read_form.js script anywhere on that page. Variation requires that script to be able to work. Does your theme have the wp_head action hook defined in it?

We have recently made some improvements to the gateway bundle addon. Shipping information will no longer appear if the shopping cart contains only digital items. Please update the plugins (both eStore and payment gateway bundle) and see how it goes.

add_filter( 'swiftype_document_builder', 'exclude_swiftype_documents', 10, 2 );

It does not come from eStore plugin.

Hi, the shortcode looks broken. Please do the following:

1) Save the shortcode PDF file on your computer before copying the shortcode from it.

2) Switch to “text” editor and paste the shortcode

Please also disable the “Shortcode Formatting” option in the General Settings if you have it enabled.

Can you please make sure that the metadata is at the beginning of the video? The Video 1 section of the link I shared explains it.

@ronald, The videos seem to be playing fine for me. They just take a while to load. Can you please make sure that your videos are encoded properly?

@AnisA, You are targeting the wrong image for Stripe checkout button. If you just have Stripe payment option enabled you will need to replace this image:

Hi, This addon is for customizing manual checkout form fields. You cannot edit “collect details” page form (which comes from payment gateway bundle addon) using it.

we will need to take a closer look at your site to investigate why it’s adding an additional field. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.

@rldev, What sort of hover effect do you want to apply? It’s just an image. So if you want to customize it, you can replace the existing submit button with your own image. (wp-content/plugins/wp-payment-gateway/images/btn_submit.jpg).
