Is it possible to have an E-store where all of the products are affiliate links from:
1. Other E-store sites
2. Click Bank affiliate products
if so can a commission be paid by sales maid via the site?

Now, use the standard add to cart button shortcodes of eStore to embed the product on a WordPress post or page. When your users click the add to cart button, it will take them to the external affiliated site.
Think of this as just an affiliate link that would place on your site. So it will behave exactly the same way if someone clicked on an affiliate link on your site and went to an external site.

I will be running six different sites (individual businesses all running E-store, E-Member and Affiliate. Can I have a reseller site that only sells or resells products from these six sites. Then can the portal recruit, re-selling and pay affiliate commissions? I plan on doing all advertising for the portal site.

Think of it this way… if affiliates were sending referrals to your site, then you were sending them to amazon (via your affiliate link). Would Amazon give the affiliate (who sent you the traffic) commission? The answer is no. You sent the traffic to Amazon and the user purchased a product from that site so you get the commission. Its not transferable like the way you are thinking.

So if I have 6 different product sites and one portal which I will promote with TV advertising the thing to do is to set up products in the portal using the Revenue share option. For each product site create an affiliate account and run the affiliate program on the portal with profit split being paid the Revenue share partners?
