Hi,
I’m using Lightbox Ultimate with S3 protected videos and Flowplayer license on an eMember / eStore site. I know that the videos time out after the page loads.
Can I edit the “flash: Video file not found” error message that appears when someone tries to play a video after the time out? Or, if I can’t change that text, can I add a sentence before it? I’d like something short, for example, “Video Time Out. Please reload the page.”
If so, can you tell me where I would make this change? I was looking at the “wp-lightbox-ultimate/wp_lightbox_ultimate_amazon_s3_class.php” file but it wasn’t obvious to me if I was looking in the right place.
Also, I have the timeout set to 10,000 (166 minutes). Is there a limit to how long I can set the timeout? Could I do 20,000 or 40,000 for example?
Thank you, in advance, for your help!
Valerie
Hi, It may not be possible to customize the error message since it comes from the player. I will do some research and find out. As for the timeout, you should be able to set a higher number (For example: 20000 or 40000).
Thank you, wpCommerce. I look forward to hearing what you find out with your research!
Thanks, again,
Valerie
