Payment Gateway Bundle plugin – Cannot remove Shipping Information from form?

Hello!

We use Payment Gateway Bundle plugin as addon to eStore. Would it be possible to remove all Shipping Information fields since we are selling digital products and those fields do not apply in our case?

Base Shipping Cost is set to 0.

None of the products have shipping cost set – it’s empty!

There is no option to remove the shipping form from the order page. We will look into it and see what we can do.

This was 2 years ago. Any progress? I need the shipping fields removed. So far I cannot find a way to remove them and need them gone. Thank you.

We have recently made some improvements to the gateway bundle addon. Shipping information will no longer appear if the shopping cart contains only digital items. Please update the plugins (both eStore and payment gateway bundle) and see how it goes.

Which setting/s designate/s whether or not the shipping information is displayed/required during checkout? I’m not selling a physical product or a digital download – I’m selling a ticket to an event, and need to remove the shipping information from checkout.

The plugin doesn’t any show shipping information if the shopping cart contains only digital items.

Which payment gateway are you using? Try enabling the “downloadable” field for that product and see how it goes.
