    Hi,

    Just purchased the plugin and I can’t get my MP4 video playing..

    Hi, the shortcode looks broken. Please do the following:

    1) Save the shortcode PDF file on your computer before copying the shortcode from it.

    2) Switch to “text” editor and paste the shortcode

    Please also disable the “Shortcode Formatting” option in the General Settings if you have it enabled.

    I’ve done that and still no luck.
