Lightbox Ultimate Getting an 'error flash file not found'

I’ve just installed this plugin, getting the ‘error flash file not found’

Here’s the shortcode type

I have 2 video player plugins that are currently disabled to check to see further if they were causing the trouble. still the same..

Please Help I have a lot of videos to do, now I’m stuck.

What are we supposed to do, after going to that link, to cause the problem?

can you help me please it says Error “the file is not found” and I know it works. Its work before I installed the plugin. Are you able to help me. What do you need. I’ve checked the bucket name, the video is mp’ however I’m streaming it as rtmp.

@ronaldmatthys — There’s a reason I asked that last question… When I go to the URL you provided, all I see is a “stuck” progress bar and some kind of popup. What people describe sometimes does not match what we see. That’s why we ask questions.

Oh yes, this yes I see what you mean.. this site is what I’m working . You are seeing the announcement page that the site is being worked on. This is a plugin that is doing that. I’ll have to figure another way for you to see it.

Hi, I place the plug in on another site of mine, and I get the same thing.

Do I need to install the FV wordpress Flowplayer plugin? I don’t think so, I tried to do that and Lightbox did not deployed fully.

These are 2 different videos that are S3 public videos present in 3 set of shortcodes, I haven’t even started with the private videos.

This is a fresh new site, with very little plugins. However is not the site I first installed the lightbox plugin. This site has an plugin that shows coming soon homepage.

Hello

I’ve been working on the page. I’ve managed to get the 1st two videos working I used a another short code, however it takes up to 3-5 minutes before the video actually shows. These videos are rmtp and they are not very long. So why does it take so long to show considering I use amazon s3.

I would like them to display faster. here’s the short codes that work the page.

@ronald, The videos seem to be playing fine for me. They just take a while to load. Can you please make sure that your videos are encoded properly?

I used handbrake to encode these video. So I not sure if I agree with you on this. Handbrake encodes them H264 in making these mp4s. So any other ideas of what it can be.

Can you please make sure that the metadata is at the beginning of the video? The Video 1 section of the link I shared explains it.
