ModeratorHi, I need to view the page to troubleshoot this. You can remove the page from the navigation menu for now so that nobody finds it.
You can also create a new test page with the shortcode in it.
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, what libraries do you have enabled in the settings?
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, Can you please post a link to the page where you are having this issue?

ModeratorHi, The URL you’ve specified for vimeo pro video looks correct. But is it a private video?
When I manually tried to access this page – https://vimeo.com/44589229 I received a 404 error.

ModeratorI’m not sure why it’s not filtering. It’s working fine on my test site. Can you please copy the exact shortcode from here:
[wp_lightbox_ultimate_youtube_video_embed videoid="1yyla2rNXtI" playlist="" width="500" height="400" hd="0" autoplay="0" display_control="1" fullscreen="1" autohide="2" theme="dark" use_https="" enable_privacy="" show_logo="1" showinfo="1" auto_popup="" direct_embed="" anchor_type="text" text="click here to open the youtube video" source=""]Please switch to the “HTML” view of the editor before you paste the shortcode. It removes all the formatting.

ModeratorIt shouldn’t happen unless you have multiple lightbox plugins installed. I can see that you are using another lightbox plugin called “easy-fancybox”. That’s causing the issue.
Lightbox Ultimate plugin is coded so it will only trigger when you use one of our shortcodes.

ModeratorHi, Does your theme have footer? Lightbox Ultimate plugin includes some additional JavaScript codes in the footer so it doesn’t affect your page load time.
Please take a look at the following post. It will help you understand the issue.

ModeratorHi, we will look into the issue.
wpCommerce
ModeratorIt will automatically popup in the middle of the current viewport (even if you scroll down the page). You can see the demo page:

ModeratorHi, what shortcode are you using? Please post a link to the page where you are having this issue.
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, I don’t think it’s an issue with the plugin. You are navigating across the screen from the initial position with some fancy JavaScript code I guess. So when you click the anchor the plugin is trying to load the popup at the position you are meant to be.
I understand that your webpage is much wider. But the browser needs to know about that. Usually a horizontal scrollbar shows up when the browser cannot fit the webpage in the current viewport (In your case there is none). You are exploring parts of the webpage using JavaScript.
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, unfortunately this is not possible.
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, I need to look at your shortcode as well as the S3 security credentials to troubleshoot this.
I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
