Hi, It depends on the browser. If you set the browser option to download it then the file will be downloaded once you click it. Otherwise, it will be displayed in the browser window just like a webpage.
Hi, I think somehow the shortcode got formatted when you copied and pasted it to the editor.
Try pasting it to the “HTML” view of the editor. That should remove the formatting.
There is a Paste as Plain Text option in the Visual Editor (a tinyMCE button that looks like T). You should always paste the URL here before inserting to the post/page. That removes any type of formatting.
Did you try copying my shortcode to see if it works?
I don’t know what it is but when I try to access the page I get a 404 (not found) error.

Hi, They are just different libraries. So they have different popup styles.
Lightbox Ultimate comes with various libraries. All of them may not have the same functionality (for example: some can popup YouTube, Vimeo videos and some cannot). There is a shortcode reference guide which explains the features available in a specific library:
We don’t have any integration option with jwplayer yet. So you will have to either use the HTML5 player or flowplayer for now.
Hi, Your members don’t need to download the whole video. The player plays the video as it buffers. I think there is a formatting issue with your video. Please check out this post:

Hi, currently we have two players (flowplayer & HTML5) that you can use to popup private Amazon s3 video. The plugin uses the HTML5 player for devices that don’t support flash (for example: iOS).
Can you please post a link to the page where you are having this issue?
I think it should work in the “preview” mode as well. Do you have JavaScript enabled in the browser settings?
There is no specific compatibility issue with Lightbox Ultimate. It should be able to work with any properly coded WordPress theme.
