I tried searching for this but couldn’t find an answer. I’m using a lot of inline HTML pop-ups in a client site and one of them is slightly long. When it’s viewed on smaller/low-res screens the bottom is cut off and users can’t scroll. Is there any way of making the pop-up scrollable? I’m not asking for mobile support, just would like it to work on all desktops at least.
Example:
http://conversant.com/services/leadership-capacity-building/
Click on Open Enrollment under Learn More
I know, it’s not even that long. I’m not sure what machine the client was using specifically, but it was someone’s computer, not a handheld.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks and Happy Friday,
Michelle
June 23, 2012 at 12:30 am #46370wpCommerceModeratorHi, I think you are using the old method of inline HTML popup. Please use the upgraded version of the shortcode(Inline HTML Display in Overlay section) –
You may need an update. Please see the following post for more information about updating the plugin:
Let me know how that works for you.

July 5, 2012 at 6:23 pm #46374elehostMemberI am too am looking for this solution requested above. In my case I am running into issues. It was working great before other than there not being a scroll box for longer content.
I have upgraded to the 7.1 verison of the plugin and am using the new short code as mentioned above in WordPresss 3.4.1:
Sample Short Code Used:
[wp_lightbox_ultimate_inline_content_embed div_id=”outline-1″ anchor_type=”text” title=”Product Name” text=”Outline” source=”” auto_popup=”false”]
Here is an example of the overlay div I am using:
<div id=”outline-1″ class=”” style=”width:620px;height:480px;”>
<h2 class=”eStore-module-name”>MODULE NAME
<div class=”module-outline”>Content for this module
Content for this module</div>
</div>
Here are the issues I am having:
Example: In the site URL: [portal.optimalmrm.com] the link below has a number of different embedded pop-ups:
/services/training/online-training-catalogue/1-market_risk_management/5-foundation_of_market_risk_management/
Click on the “Outline” link on any of the listed products to see what happens.
1) I am getting both a horizontal and vertical scroll box. I only expected a vertical bar. I have tried to change the width but it seems to match the same on the surrounding divs.
2) There is an inner blue close box within the outer close box and two pop-up windows seem to open when the link is clicked. The first pop up is a small white box with a spinning icon in the middle, the second is the pop up box with the double close buttons. When I close the first box the second one is still visible in Firefox.
3) There is a left and right arrow showing up that I want to hide as it is not needed and is confusing to the user.
Any ideas what is wrong here or how to fix these issues?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
July 6, 2012 at 12:40 am #46375wpCommerceModeratorHi, Could you please post a direct link to the page where you have those popups?
July 6, 2012 at 1:05 pm #46376elehostMemberJuly 6, 2012 at 2:04 pm #46377wpCommerceModeratorThere are just so many things that it’s really hard to troubleshoot the issue. Can you please create a fresh new page and embed a single inline shortcode?
July 6, 2012 at 2:17 pm #46378elehostMemberHere is a direct manual test as requested with one short code:
http://portal.optimalmrm.com/test-page/
The double icon close box, and the navigation arrows are gone for ony one short code on a page but the horizontal scroll bar is still a problem with this more basic test.
Thanks for your help.
July 7, 2012 at 12:21 am #46379wpCommerceModeratorHi, Did you read the error message – “You do not have fancybox checkbox enabled in the settings”? It means that the shortcode can’t be published until you check the option in the settings.
