I went through the tutorial video step by step for Embed S3 Protected Video and I can’t get it to work. The instructions seemed straight forward but I don’t understand why I keep getting the following error message:
200, Stream no found, NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound, clip:'[Clip]’http://blah blah?AWSAccessKeyid=blah blah &Expires=13405965756&Signature=cool1SMrSli3vjzGhpm2Wp%2FGzzPM%3D”
The file I’m trying to access on my AWS account is a .mov vs. a .mp4 but I assume that wouldn’t make a difference. When I tried to do it by using Youtube, the video quality looked awful when it streamed through lightbox.
I feel like I paid money for this plugin and I can’t even get it to work and ended up having to resort to embedding Youtube code instead. Extremely frustrating
If anyone can offer suggestions let alone a solution I would be sooo grateful.
Thanks

Hi, What shortcode are you using? please post a link to the page where you are using that shortcode.
Is your .mov file set to “private” mode?
This is the short code I was using:
[wp_lightbox_anchor_text_protected_s3_video name=”test-video.mp4″ bucket=”myvideo-container” width=”640″ height=”480″ text=”click here to open the s3 protected
video”]
I had to remove it from my page, so I no longer have it on my site, but yes I set it up on s3 as private and made sure to enter the necessary security credentials in the Lightbox settings.
Hi, I need to look at your shortcode as well as the S3 security credentials to troubleshoot this.
I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
