By default each shortcode div takes the whole block. But you can specify it to be inline (so you can place other elements side by side). For example:
.lightbox_ultimate_image_anchor {
display:inline;

You can uncheck some of the libraries if you are not using shortcodes related to them. That will reduce the number JavaScript files being included when the page loads. Although I’m not sure if it will greatly improve the performance on IE8 and IE7 (because they are usually very slow and unresponsive).

Hi, I didn’t see any issue there. I tried it on four major browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE). The vimeo video opened in the lightbox window and played fine.

There are two ways to do a test transaction with Sage Pay –
1. Using a Simulator Account
2. Using a Test Account
Which one are you using to do the testing? In the Payment Gateway Bundle->Sage Pay Settings, did you specify the API details of your “Simulator Account” or “Test Account”?
