I am using PrettyPhoto image gallery and wondering if there is a way to adjust the CSS for the thumbnail images across the bottom to be below the images instead of on top of them so they don’t cover up the actual images.
Thank you!
Hi, Do you mean the thumbnail placement inside the lightbox window?
Yes, sorry for the confusion.
I would like the thumbnails to be down in the black area above the <-2/10-> and close[x] but below the actual image being displayed. Let me know if this makes sense. Thank you.
Unfortunately you can’t control the way thumbnail images are displayed in the lightbox window. prettyPhoto library doesn’t have any option to modify that.
So there is no way to modify the CSS to move them?
That’s right. But you can choose not to display any of the thumbnails in the lightbox window. Do you want to use that option?
Sure, how how would I do that?
We will add an option to the prettyPhoto settings so you can easily turn it off. I will keep you posted.
Hi, we have added that option. Please do the following:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).
Under the PrettyPhoto Settings there is a checkbox now called Display Thumbnails in Overlay. Keep this option unchecked if you don’t want to display thumbnails in the overlay window.
Thank you!
