What shortcode can I use in order to allow my video to be properly viewed on an iPad AND allow me to place a title on the lightbox? My videos are in MP4 format.

Hi, we have a shortcode to play MP4 video which is compatible with all major browsers. That will work on iPad as well. However, title can’t be displayed in the lightbox window. For more information please take a look at the shortcode reference guide(MP4 Video Display section):

I have used and tested each of the shortcode samples, but am unable to find a solution that allows me to display an MP4 video (from an unprotected, general cloudfront url) that works on an iPad and all web browsers AND allows for me to show a title on the video.

Am I missing something? What is the solution for this? Can your plugin accommodate my needs?

Hi, Are you using the Amazon Cloudfront service? We don’t have integration with that option. We only have integration with Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service).

However, I’m not sure if you will be able to use an unprotected URL. How does the URL look like? Can you access it just by pasting in the browser?

Yes, it can be viewed by pasting into a browser. Please provide me with a solution.

Hi, The URL looks encoded though (with the % sign). That might be a reason as to why the player is not being able to play the mp4 video.

Can you please post a link to the page where you have embedded this video?
