Trying to use this icon to insert a video from the page editor produces this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpcf7_add_tag_generator() in /big/dom/xhighsierradesign/www/LVA/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/text.php on line 152

How can I reload the plugin from your zip file? If it has been corrupted, how do I get a clean copy?

Please copy shortcodes directly from the shortcode reference guide for now. All the shortcode guides are available in the Plugin Usage section:

WordPress Lightbox Ultimate Plugin – Display Media in a Fancy Lightbox Overlay

For starter you can follow this guide:

    http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-affiliate-link-manager/wp-content/uploads/wp-lightbox-stuff/docs/wp-lightbox-ultimate-general-shortcodes.pdf

Please note that you need to save the PDF file on your computer before copying any shortcode from it.

The Shortcode icon in the wysiwyg editor is throwing an error. It opens the popup but the popup is blank. When I look in web inspector I see these errors:

wp-tinymce.php?c=1&ver=4603-20170530:25 Uncaught TypeError: i is not a constructor

    at tinymce.WPWindowManager.tinymce.InlineWindowManager.b.createInstance (wp-tinymce.php?c=1&ver=4603-20170530:25)

    at Object.init (tiny_mce_popup.js:56)

    at tiny_mce_popup.js:483

The site is a child site of a multisite network and the plugin has been Network Activated.

If you install the plugin only on the one site instance; does it work?

Please load a fresh copy of the plugin:

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins

Then empty your browser cache so it doesn’t load cached JS files. Does it work better after that?

    Thanks admin,

    Re-installing it solved the issue.

    Regards.
