ModeratorPayPal Payments Advanced requires use of PayPal’s hosted checkout templates and therefore I believe you need to have an account on https://manager.paypal.com/
You can watch this PayPal video which explains how you can get started with PayPal payments advanced:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y9IGQpJCJeE
Read PayPal’s site and you will know more about it or you can contact PayPal support to get more clarification.

ModeratorDoes the commission set in the estore product page override the commission rate set for the affiliate in affiliate platform?
– Yes
If I set the commission rates in estore for all products except the one I want two commision levels for….and then change the rate for the individual affiliates in affiliate platform, would that work?
– Yas and No (depends on your scenario)
This is how it works:
1) By default the plugin will award the commission based on the rate configured in the affiliate platform general settings.
2) if you specify a commission for an individual affiliate it will override the rate configured in the settings. Meaning that affiliate will get commission based on what is set in his/her profile.
3) if you specify a commission for a particular product, it will override the commission rate configured anywhere else for that product.

ModeratorHi, You can create a new page and then add an eStore product or use an existing page. eStore gives you shortcodes that you can add in any WordPress page. If you have the variation configured for a product it will appear where ever you embed that product with a button. You don’t need to have a particular product page for that. If you wish to display the content of your shopping cart you can use a shortcode that allows you to do it. For example:
[wp_eStore_cart_when_not_empty]All the shortcodes are available here:

Moderator@JBattin, That page seem to have broken HTML code which is breaking up the layout. Please do the following:
1) Create a new WordPress page (you can call it a test page)
2) Enter the following code on that page
[emember_protected for="2" custom_msg="For Gold Members Only"]
Some test content. This content is only available to gold members.
[/emember_protected]3) Share the URL of this test page that you just created so I can check it.

ModeratorHi, please check the following documentation for integrating affiliate plugin with wishlist member plugin (it has an example image to show you where to add that specific line of tracking code in the PayPal button):
Let me know if that makes it a little more clear on what to do with your PayPal button.
Regarding the commission, the way an affiliate program works is that your affiliates earn commissions when they refer clients and the client makes a sale. This commission keeps accumulating. Then at the end of the month or at the start of the next month you pay all the outstanding commission. All the money from the sales goes to your account, you pay the commission whenever you want to (usually admins do it once a month). The “Manage Payouts” menu in the plugin lets you generate a masspay file that you can use to pay your affiliates easily using PayPal:

Alternatively, you could do bank transfer or send checks.
April 9, 2013 at 10:27 pm in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – getting flash message on Android tablet using S3 shortcodes #54975wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, your are right. Api keys are required if you are using a
s3 protectedshortcode. A s3 protected shortcode can play a video which is not accessible by everyone. However, if you wish to play an unprotected video you can just use a normal “MP4 Display” shortcode (either flowplayer or html5):Currently the plugin doesn’t have built-in support for android tablet (only iPhone, iPad, Android Mobile). So you might need to use our html5 protected shortcode (it’s not listed in the documentation anymore).
Shortcode for Anchor Text:
[wp_lightbox_html5_anchor_text_protected_s3_video name="test.mp4" bucket="mybucket" width="640" height="480" text="click here to open the s3 protected video"]Shortcode for Anchor Image:
[wp_lightbox_html5_protected_s3_video name="test.mp4" bucket="mybucket" width="640" height="480" source="http://example.com/images/anchor-image.jpg"]wpCommerce

ModeratorHi, can I take a look at the page where you are using this shortcode?
Please try copying the exact shortcode from here to see how it goes:

ModeratorHi, it’s still in development… we should have it done within the next few weeks. Do you already have a PayPal PayFlow account?

ModeratorHi, Just adding to Peter’s suggestion… have you tried a free registration to see if the plugin is functional on your site?

ModeratorYes, you can. This documentation will help:
You need to have the following option enabled in the eMember Settings (WP eMember->Settings->General Settings->WordPress User Integration Settings):
Automatically log into WordPressYou will need to have a WordPress user account associated with a eMember account for this feature. You can do so by following either of the two options:
1) Enable
Automatically Create WordPress Useroption in the eMember settings. Go to the eMember registration page and sign up for a free membership (It will create a new member account as well as a WordPress account).2) Import an existing WordPress user to eMember (WP eMember->Members->Import WP Users).

ModeratorHi, currently there is no option to notify the affiliate of the refund but the plugin will automatically reverse the commission for direct PayPal integration as well. The refund will be shown as a negative commission entry in the affiliate’s portal.
