eStore – Purchase Email confirmation not including receipt link?

When a Buy It Now purchase is made, the customer gets redirected to a thank you page ok where all purchase info is displayed and that works fine. I have the receipt plugin enabled and configured. Yet the customer does not receive a link for the receipt or the receipt itself via email. Is there a special email tag that needs to be added to the notification email for the receipt link?

Yes and I’ve followed all instructions. This: “The receipt URL will be sent to the customer in the post purchase confirmation email whereby the customer may download the PDF receipt or view it in their browser.” is not happening. There is no link in the purchase confirmation email, but the receipt is created.

After customer pays through PayPal digital PDF download is not sending to their email address?

Correct, no link to the receipt in the email sent to buyer.

Thank you, that’s what I was missing. For some reason the PDF with the instructions was cut off on my download and that page was blank! Thanks for your help.
