Lightbox Ultimate – Issues with iPhone and Adroid

I am having difficulty with the video on this page not playing on the iPhone or on Android devices:

I am using WP Lightbox Ultimate Version 1.9.4 and running WordPress Version 3.5.1

On the iPhone, the lightbox displays, but the video does not play. Also, the frame for the video is not the correct size (it is portrait orientation instead of landscape) and the shaded background only covers a fraction of the browser window.

For Android, I receive a message saying that a flash player needs to be installed.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

I have verified that the videos are encoded in an h.264 format… I even tried re-encoded them using Handbrake just to be sure. Is there something else I should be checking?
