My customers from the UK says the error 10745 comes up when they submit the form.
The message is “This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid country code in the billing address.”
Could it be the dropdown menu for the different countries has a coding error – the country code corresponding to UK in your code says “UK”.
But if you look at [http://www.iso.org/iso/country_names_and_code_elements]
it says it should be “GB”.
Am I correct?

PayPal supported country codes list:

Should be “GB.”
