WP Affiliate Platform – How to Process Refund

I am current using WP Affiliate Platform with Paypal Integration. No eStore, so I can’t use the automatic commision reversal.

1. How do I manually substract the affiliate commision for this refund?

2. Does the system automatically notify my affiliate about this refund?

Hi, currently there is no option to notify the affiliate of the refund but the plugin will automatically reverse the commission for direct PayPal integration as well. The refund will be shown as a negative commission entry in the affiliate’s portal.

Using WP Affiliates Platform with Paid Memberships Pro and when the order status is set to cancelled or refunded the commmision is not reversed. Assistance requested.

Have integration plugin installed. It is registered commissions, not refunded or cancelled sales.

The paid memberships pro addon doesn’t do the automatic refund reversal at the moment. This should be easy to add.

Can you please ask the PMPRO support for a link to their cancellation/refund action hook details. I will be able to update the addon after I read their documentation.
