Can you send a link to the page where you are seeing this issue?
Which shortcode are you using to display your product?
PeterMemberYou can manipulate various elements (such as add to cart button etc,) by using custom CSS code which you can enter in the wp_eStore_custom_style.css file.
It is recommended that you use firebug to experiment and investigate with the CSS.
See this post which shows you some basics of how to use firebug to change css styling:
PeterMemberHi,
I just tried a checkout from your site’s page and was successfully transferred to a manual checkout form. I’m assuming this what you want to happen.
It could be a caching thing with your browser. Try clearing the cache or try a totally different browser.
PeterMemberCan also please share the contents of the “ipn_handle_debug.log” file for this latest transaction with your real PayPal account you are referring to?
This post will help if you don’t know where to find this “ipn_handle_debug.log” file:

PeterMemberOk thanks.
Now let’s start with a clean slate by installing the latest fresh copy of eMember by following these instructions:
See how that goes before we move on.
PeterMemberHi, Just to be sure… what value have you entered in the following section of eMember?
WP eMember settings -> Pages/Forms Settings -> Login Page
Give us a link to your site?
Can you please also do the following tests to see if there might be another plugin (or your theme) which is conflicting with eMember:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/test-to-identy-a-conflicting-theme-or-plugin
PeterMemberDid you disable all other plugins EXCEPT eMember to see if the problem still exists?
And did you do the theme test too to see if your theme may be causing a conflict?
All of the plugins at Tips and Tricks HQ have been coded using the strict wordpress coding architecture but unfortunately there are a lot of other plugins (and themes) out there which aren’t. This is why we ask people to perform a conflict test with regards to the plugins which are not designed by us.
PeterMemberHi Theo,
Please see this which should help you:
PeterMemberHi,
Which version of eMember are you using?
Can you please try the following plugin/theme conflict tests to eliminate the possibility that there might be another plugin contributing to your problem:

PeterMemberHi Carl,

March 28, 2012 at 11:21 pm in reply to: How to handle recurring subscriptions at different prices? #43502PeterMemberHi,
Yes you can create different membership levels and some upgrade payment buttons which your members can use to upgrade their membership level if they choose to.
See the link below for how to create payment buttons for membership upgrade.
Regarding your question about expiration and the ability of the user to choose, please see the section “What if the Member Account is Expired?” in the link below.

Please see this post which will explain how you can change the text of various messages:
