I read the other posts, checked debug files nothing there. I have made actual sales and no Stats, no customers are showing, I receive the emails stating that there has been sales and paypal reflects a payment. any suggestions
March 26, 2012 at 3:14 am #43396adminKeymasterWhat do you mean by the following statement? Do you mean that the debug files are empty or do you mean there is no failure there?
"debug files nothing there"
If the debug files are empty then you need to get that working first. Please check this checklist which will help you:

In case you are confused with the debug option… this post will add clarification:

March 26, 2012 at 10:48 pm #43398PeterMemberHi,
Your debug file has revealed that the reason your stats aren’t updating is because “FAILURE :Funds have not been cleared yet”.
Please look at this post which will help you identify the possible reason for why this is happening:

March 29, 2012 at 12:45 am #43399RonreganMemberHello again, the last debug I sent you was from my sandbox. The sandbox said the payment completed – Wp-Estore didn’t. I receive IPN information from other pages, (s2member) but When something is purchased from WpEstore I see no stats, no customers – I sent a payment to the live site – paypal says payment completed, my email verified that a payment has been made, but the log file showed nothing. all payments are being received via the same paypal account. Is there a contact number so that I can be “walked through”?. This is very frustrating – writing – waiting a day – then writing again.
March 29, 2012 at 6:19 am #43400adminKeymasterThis is not going to work unless you setup your Sandbox account correctly with all the proper setup. Your PayPal sandbox account DOES NOT get all the correct permissions as soon as you create the account (it is just how PayPal does it). You actually need to verify a few things before PayPal lets you automatically accept fund into the account. We have a post that explains some of this:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/quick-guide-to-paypal-sandbox-setup
With that said, “Payment completed” and “Fund Cleared” is NOT the same thing. Both of them need to be successful so that scammers cannot scam the system. eStore will not process the payment until the “Fund is cleared” by PayPal and it receives that message from PayPal.
Some users get confused with the whole PayPal sandbox setup thing as PayPal designed it for developers. This is why we sometimes advise users to use their live PayPal account for testing (you can always issue a refund after the test).
March 30, 2012 at 12:14 am #43401RonreganMemberI Set up the “live account”. this is the account where all of my payments go through. After I made a transaction ( as a verified sender) via Wp-Estore, Paypal took the money from my account, sent me a transaction ID # via email and showed that the payment had cleared though my own paypal account. Several other people made payments to me and all I have to go by is the email that is being sent to me from Paypal.
I have attached both ends of my transaction to show that a payment did, in fact, clear. But wp estore is not recording it. Obviously, the funds did clear.

March 30, 2012 at 1:30 am #43402PeterMemberCan also please share the contents of the “ipn_handle_debug.log” file for this latest transaction with your real PayPal account you are referring to?
This post will help if you don’t know where to find this “ipn_handle_debug.log” file:

March 31, 2012 at 12:26 am #43403RonreganMemberHello again, for what ever reason, the payment showed up! … I didn’t change anything. I am cautiously optimistic that the problem resolved itself, however the other payments did not show. I will resolve them from my emails. The only thing that I can think of that may have forced it was issue myself a refund. after I did that, I made another payment and voila’ a customer! …. I’ll keep in touch
