Hi, I have sent you an email regarding this issue. Please let me know if you do not receive this email.

IvyMemberHi, You can make this URL anything you need to as the eStore will override it and tell Paypal where to send the IPN for the eStore. This way you can use your IPN for multiple sites and do not need to lock your Paypal account to one store.

IvyMemberThe IPN is failing. This is why the emails are not getting sent out as the eStore can not verify the sale. There can be a few things causing this.
1. Make sure the IPN is turned on in your Paypal settings. It will ask you for a URL you can make this anything you want as the eStore will override this and tell Paypal where to send the IPN.
2. Please see the following article (steps 4 and 5 only); https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/what-to-do-if-the-debug-file-is-empty
Let me know how it goes if these steps do not fix your issue please let us know.

IvyMemberThere is no need to make a change to the URL for the IPN (The IPN setting will need to be turned on). The eStore will tell Paypal where to send the IPN. Please make sure to do a live test transaction with the debug turned on to make sure everything is working properly. You can read more about the debug here: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/how-and-when-to-enable-debug-and-what-does-it-do

Please let me know how it goes.

IvyMemberHi Marcus, Can you try putting a limit like 999 in. Some servers have issues when there is no value in this field.
Let me know how it goes.

April 26, 2010 at 10:58 pm in reply to: How to send buyers to english URL version of paypal checkout page? #20111IvyMemberUpdate: We have added an advanced option in the plugin so you can force the language of the PayPal payment page. Do the following to set the language to English by force:
Open the “eStore_advanced_configs.php” file and search for the following line of code:
define('WP_ESTORE_FORCE_LANGUAGE_OF_PAYPAL_PAGE', '0');
Once you find it, change it to the following:
define('WP_ESTORE_FORCE_LANGUAGE_OF_PAYPAL_PAGE', 'US');
That should force the language of the PayPal page to English

April 25, 2010 at 10:51 pm in reply to: No Sandbox Account – Still Get 'Pending Payment Received' #20068IvyMemberHi,
Yes the IPN needs to be turned on. You can turn this on in your Paypal settings. It will ask for a URL you can make this anything you would like as the eStore will override this and tell Paypal where to send the IPN.
Did you run a test transaction with the debug on? This should tell you why the IPN is faling. You can read more about this here: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/how-and-when-to-enable-debug-and-what-does-it-do
There’s a Payment Review but it’s on the merchant’s side. This is an option in the sellers Paypal profile if this is turned on it means you have to approve the payment.
Also please check that you have the correct Paypal email address in the setting menu of the eStore under payment gateway.
This sounds like a settings issue you can also verify what the Paypal settings should be here: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/wp-estore-and-paypal-profile-settings
