I have 5 physical products I am selling. Three of them are eligible for a “wholesale” discount we are offering. However, our wholesale partners will each be getting their own wholesale code.
I need to apply their wholesale discount against the three eligible products, but would only like to use one code. I just realized that the plugin does not allow multiple conditions for each coupon code. Is there a way to allow multiple conditions so I can apply a single code discount to multiple (but not all) products?
I would use subtotal, but if they bought enough quantity of the two ineligible items and used the code then they would get a discount which is not allowed.
So how do I create multiple discount product conditions in a single coupon code?

I can see the total number of redemptions is tallied, but how can I tell which transactions it was used with?
April 19, 2010 at 12:48 am #19789amin007ParticipantCould you give the item names a similar prefix or suffix then use the following conditional coupon option?
“Item Name” -> “Contains”
“Is there a way to track which codes were used on which transactions?” – Yes, if you go to the “Manage Customers” menu you will be able to see which customer used which coupon for which transaction. You might need an updated version of eStore though as this was added recently. This URL should help you with that:

April 19, 2010 at 7:47 pm #19790marcuscMemberI used your Item Name condition and that worked fine until I added 2 or 3 of the same item in the cart. Then it would only discount one when I applied the code. How can I tell it to allow each one to be discounted?
Thank you for your help so far.

April 26, 2010 at 6:04 pm #19795marcuscMemberIvy,
New problem: I ran a transaction using a coupon code that does not have a redemption limit. After it was completed successfully and everything went fine, I went to make another purchase with the same coupon code and it is giving me an error that I reached the redemption limit of the coupon code:
Maximum coupon redemption limit reached!
Am I missing another setting?
Thanks!
April 26, 2010 at 11:01 pm #19796IvyMemberHi Marcus, Can you try putting a limit like 999 in. Some servers have issues when there is no value in this field.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
Ivy
