Plugin Conflict with wordbook or Twitter Tools

I installed wordbook and Twitter Tools after setting up the site. I suddenly lost sales. When I checked, I found that when you made a purchase, the Paypal redirect had an error. Said that Paypal was not available and to check back in 30 minutes. Has anyone had the same problem?

I am hesitant to install the plugins and run a test as I cannot miss out on sales and the site is live. I am running this on wordpress 3.0

This is a bug with PayPal they have been trying to fix this since Jan of this year. If you clear your browser cache and retry your purchase this should fix the issue. This is a random bug.
