The following site seems to be down: http://awpcp.com can you please tell me when your site is back up so I can take a look at this.
IvyMemberHi,
1.) Did you save the settings after you made changes to the email?
2.) What version of the eStore are you using?
3.) Do you have special characters in the email?
August 22, 2010 at 2:10 am in reply to: Setting up recurring payment using eStore and eMember #23483IvyMemberHi Aswad, It appears you have not set the “Recurring Billing Cycle”. This tells PayPal when they need to charge the subscription (e.g. every 1 month, 2 weeks, 1 day). You must specify this. Please check this and retest your purchase.
August 22, 2010 at 2:06 am in reply to: eStore 4.1.2 + eMember: cart 'Check Out' broken – gets HTTP 302 #23554IvyMemberHi, We will need to take a closer look at your site to see what is happening. I will send you a site access request via email. Please let me know if you do not receive this email.
IvyMemberHi, Please see the following video “How to Setup a Free Membership Site”:
All the customer needs to do is be logged in when they purchase the upgrade they want.
IvyMemberHi, We are still working on adding this. The time frame is unknown as our to do list is always changing. We do hope to have this out shortly.
IvyMemberHi, I sent you and email regarding this issue. Also can you please tell me what version of the PDF Stamper you are using?
IvyMemberHi, Yes you would need to make a membership level for each duration. As for the content all 3 Gold members will see the same content correct? If so then you just need to update one page and set the content protect so all 3 membership levels (Gold Member) can see the same page you just updated.
August 21, 2010 at 2:30 am in reply to: Paypal Gateway: Desperately needs a popup or "redirecting" notification #23540IvyMemberHi, There is a redirect popup or interim page that say you are being redirected to PayPal. What version of the eStore are you using?
IvyMemberHi Gadget, WordPress only allows you to use categories on post.
IvyMemberHi, It looks like you are using an older version of the eMember. I have sent you and update. Please update the plugin let me know if the validation is still failing.
IvyMemberHi Anders, Thank you for your suggestion. I will try this out and see if it fixes the issue we have from time to time.
IvyMemberHi, It sounds like something on your server maybe blocking the emails or there is a setting that is not set properly. Try checking that you have the following setting checked in the “eStore Settings”
“Send Emails to Buyer After Purchase”
and
Try checking the “Use WordPress Mailing System” if this is not checked.
If this is checked try unchecking this option.
Make sure to remember to save your setting after you make changes.
After you have made changes please run a test transaction and see how it goes.
August 21, 2010 at 2:01 am in reply to: Adding International Shipping dropdown during Checkout #23522IvyMemberHi, Why not use the variation option in eStore and put your shipping variations in there.
example:
Variation 1: Shipping
Country A $10.00
Country B $15.00
Country C $20.00
Or just have a flat rate International shipping rate for all countries.
Variation 1: Shipping
International Shipping Rate $18.00
You can read more about variations here:
IvyMemberHi, The following page will explain more about how to do this using eMember and eStore.
