Support site for Tips and Tricks HQ premium products

Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP eStore Forum › ARGH! eStore suddenly broke with theme change!
Hi everyone,
I upgraded my theme to a WooTheme (Inspire) on my site. Now I have several new problems:
1) The cart is freaking out and each time I click on an item to add, I see a jumble of products that I didn’t add, in the cart.
I did add a custom style to make the cart look more like my site, and that seems to be working more or less. But this new “cart freaking out” thing is definitely NOT good.
You can see the bad behavior here: http://awpcp.com/premium-modules (select anything to put in your cart, you’ll always see 4 products in there! Clear the cart and then try again, the same 4 products show up!)
Please help!

The custom style isn’t causing the problem, as I removed it and saw the exact same behavior. This is on eStore 4.0.6, WP 3.0.1, PHP 5.2.
I take it back…it’s even worse than that:
In Firefox 3.6, I get the behavior described above.
In IE7, the buttons don’t work AT ALL.
I reverted the custom style, and the buttons are still broken…so it’s definitely not the custom style.
How could a theme completely disable the plugin?
The following site seems to be down: http://awpcp.com can you please tell me when your site is back up so I can take a look at this.
Hi Ivy,
Try again. Site access has been fixed with a different IP address. You should be able to get in now.
You are using the super cache plugin which is fine but have you followed this instruction to avoid the caching issue?
An alternative is to use the W3 Total Cache Plugin:

Thanks Ivy & Ruhil–the first link did the trick. I might look into the second one because that happens to be a popular set of pages on my site.
