I purchased a license for the PDF stamper on July 2 2010, I have it installed in one location and it will not stamp files anymore because it says the license is invalid…

Did you move your plugin to somewhere else after you registered your site with a valid license key? PDF Stamper only allows single site license to be used from one site at a time.August 17, 2010 at 1:46 am #23414IvyMember
Hi Chris, A invalided license is easy to fix. I will send you an email regarding this.August 21, 2010 at 12:10 am #23415BratgodMember
Hi Ivy, Im having the same problem. I bought it last week, am only trying to use it on the same (single) web site, and it is saying the key is invalid. It started saying this after manually stamping one file.
Could you please email me the fix??August 21, 2010 at 2:46 am #23416IvyMember

I’ve been trying to deactivate PDF Stamper on one domain so I can activate it on another, and I’m getting messages that the “License key deactivation failed! License key could not be deactivated.” Deactivating the plugin outright doesn’t seem to solve the problem either.
You haven’t responded to my emails, and I’m on a nasty deadline here, so I’m going to purchase a fresh license and hope that a new key comes quickly.June 25, 2011 at 2:21 am #23420amin007Participant
It can take upto 24 hours for us to reply in some cases (worst case scenario). This is explained in our terms and conditions and all of our support guideline documents:
If you work on a time sensitive project then I would recommend that you use a different product where the person/company behind it can offer you support quicker. We simply cannot offer that kind of support and we convey this message up front to the customer before he/she makes a purchase.October 7, 2011 at 5:11 am #23421dorakurimayMember
I downloaded my PDF file and trying to set up the manuel stamping but it says this:
“path to the file” requires a license file
An error occurred while trying to stamp the file!
What shall I do? Thanks!October 8, 2011 at 12:45 am #23422adminKeymaster
Please do the following:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:
3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s). The specific update instruction for the plugin in question can be accessed from here:
Please try to upload the plugin using the WordPress plugin uploader menu so the files do not get corrupted.December 3, 2011 at 10:14 am #23423RichardKMember
My PDF Stamper is invalid. It says….
License key is invalid!
Reached Maximum Allowable Domains!
Please let me know how to solve it….
ThanksDecember 3, 2011 at 11:04 am #23424adminKeymaster
PDF Stamper has a single site license and you are already using that key in one domain. If you want to use it on a different domain deactivate the license from the other site and then you will be able to use it on a new site.December 3, 2011 at 10:33 pm #23425RichardKMember
But Sorry to say, I did not use it at any Domain…..
