Coupon Not Posting

I’ve tried using the coupon feature of the eStore…but it doesn’t seem to effect the cart in any way. No error messages, no messages at all. Just enter the coupon, click update…and nothing happens.

The page in question is http://www.womenoftheapocalypse.com with the discount code SpecFic

Any ideas?
