Hi,
I’ve set up wp eStore and for most of my users it is working fine. One user (on a Mac with Safari) is reporting an issue though – she adds all the files to the cart, but when she clicks on Checkout with PayPal, she gets an error that the cart is empty.
The searching on the forum I’ve done seems to point to global issues with checking out, not random (or single) users.
I’m running a Mac with Safari (two different versions of the OS) and can reproduce the error.
Would it be a cookies or caching thing as she says she cannot use Save or Retrieve either.
Any help is gratefully received.
Can you tell me what version of the eStore you are using? Can you post a link to the page where you have the buttons?

I did a number of test multiple times using various browsers (Chrome, firefox, IE, safari) and every time it worked for me. It would be good if you could get more info from the user who mentioned this issue. Maybe ask him/her about the browser they used?
OK, will do. Yes, I’ve used both a PC and Mac, Firefox, Safari and IE and could not replicate!
