PayPal not accepting transaction

I installed the eStore plugin in December on this site – [http://dentontownfc.co.uk/our-new-book]

and it was working OK then. Now on testing it again and trying to pay through PayPal I am receiving the following message – “You cannot use this credit card for this transaction. Please use another funding source.” I tried another CC with the same result.

Assuming the fault was at PayPal I tried another transaction through a different seller and it went through OK. So the fault isn’t with PayPal.

I am using WordPress 3.5.1. and no new plugins have been installed since the original test in December.

This is an error coming from PayPal (not eStore plugin). Please see the following post as it explain about PayPal and their restrictions on credit cards they accept based on your merchant account and business:
