I use paypal and people can pay okay but they are not added to the estore plugin.

Can you please enable debug as per the link below and do a test purchase or capture a real purchase and then share the putput of the ipn_handle_debug.log file

December 17, 2012 at 9:25 pm #52278ptooneMemberI have gone through all the troubleshooting but it still does not add the customers to the database. It also does not give out the file, I have to send it manually. Many of the logs are blank but here is one:
[12/12/2012 12:10 AM] – Advisory : Log file reset.
[12/12/2012 10:25 AM] – SUCCESS :eStore PayPal PDT received. Processing the request using CURL method…
[12/12/2012 10:25 AM] – SUCCESS :eStore PDT – Affiliate platform is installed.
[12/12/2012 10:25 AM] – FAILURE :The PDT identity token is empty. If you want to display the transaction result on the thank you page then you must specify a PDT identity token in the payment gateway settings!

-ipn_handle_debug.log
Also, It looks like you have not setup the PDT token in your eStore settings.
FAILURE :The PDT identity token is empty. If you want to display the transaction result on the thank you page then you must specify a PDT identity token in the payment gateway settings!

I have a similar problem: the transaction goes through, all the emails are sent as expected but customers are not added to the customer database.
The debug log is copied below. I can see the failure is listed but am not sure how to fix it.

I’ve also looked at the eStore Post Payment debug. Everything was a success.
I’ve checked the paypal IPN setting. It was off so I’ve switched it on and entered my website’s URL (ellatamari.com) as paypal insisted I provide a URL.
