I had a look at this with firefox and everything is working fine for me (I checked with the latest version of firefox). Can you tell me what version of firefox you are using?
Also try clearing your browser cache on firefox and see if it is still having this issue.
Please load a fresh copy of the plugin then check that menu.

You mean the output of the protected content from a “Section Protection” correct? You used this documentation to do the protection right?

By linking the button with the eStore text link it should function how you want it to.

There is not an option to display them as a drop down. You can however display all products in a category by using a shortcode.

When you installed the fresh plugin did you do a deactivate/reactivation. This should sync the database tables.
It looks like the following line of code is missing the closer “>”
html dir=”ltr” lang=”en-US” xmlns:og=”http://opengraphprotocol.org/schema/”
This is causing a cascading effect on the page and messing up the display.
I believe fixing this error will fix the issue you are having.
I believe the following shortcode is what you are looking for.

You can use the variation option for this.
Alternatively, you could use condition coupon. You can create coupons that gives a discount to the customer when they order over a certain quantity.
