Hi there for some reason it is opting me in (my support email address) not the person purchasing email address.
December 12, 2012 at 6:05 am #52283adminKeymasterPlease go through this post and give us a little more info on the issue:
Also, can you please verify that you are using the API method to integrate AWeber with eStore?

December 13, 2012 at 3:16 pm #52284nkellerm85MemberHi there,
sorry for not being as detailed as you’d like, I will do my best!
Yes I have done everything one this page –>http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/how-to-integrate-wp-estore-with-aweber-615
Does that work immediately, or does it take a few days?
When someone buys my product I want to add them to an aweber list. When creating the product I put this information in the correct slot (see this pic [http://successfulweightlossschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/Screen-shot-2012-12-13-at-8.13.48-AM.png]
But for some reason it opts my email address in (support@successfulweightlossschool.com), not the purchaser.
Hope that is clear enough and we can figure this out
Thanks!
December 13, 2012 at 11:40 pm #52285adminKeymasterThank you for the details. Please do the following:
1) Jump on your AWeber account and make sure you don’t have any eStore AWeber parser (if you were using the legacy integration then you may have one still hanging around).
2) Go to eStore settings and enable debug
3) Now do a test and share the debug file content so I can see what the plugin did.
Basically, if you setup a test case scenario explained in the following post we will be able to troubleshoot this easily:
What version of eStore are you using?
December 17, 2012 at 11:53 pm #52286nkellerm85MemberOkay 1 question – step #3…how to you test and share? thanks
December 18, 2012 at 12:59 am #52287IvyMemberYou basically enable the debug option in the plugin settings then do what the above mentioned post tells you to do. Then you can check the debug files (there are links to each debug file in the settings area too).
The following will explain how to enable the debug option:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/how-and-when-to-enable-debug-and-what-does-it-do
To share the log files you can copy and paste it here in the forum for us to look at.

December 19, 2012 at 4:55 pm #52289josh401MemberThis is the only failure message I see:
FAILURE :Error! Could not find the AWeber list (food_lover@awber.com) in your AWeber Account! Please double check your list name value for typo.
Sorry to state the obvious.. but are you certain the name of the account is correct? It looks like you might have forgotten the e in aweber.
December 20, 2012 at 3:34 pm #52290nkellerm85MemberYes, I am sure that is the issue with that product, thanks. With this product it wasn’t opting anyone one in, so that makes sense.
BUT the other product and that is spelled correctly (guide_manifest@aweber.com) is opting *ME* in (support@myurl.com) and not the person who purchased. Can you help me with that one?
Thanks!
December 20, 2012 at 4:36 pm #52291josh401MemberAbsolutely!
Can you please share a debug file for that product?
Go to the eStore settings menu and hit the “Reset Debug Log Files” button. This will reset the debug files so we can see a clean capture.
Next, do the five steps the following posts tell you to do and you will be able to get a clean debug capture for AWeber signup for the product where it is not working:
January 4, 2013 at 4:03 am #52292nkellerm85MemberI have already reset the debug log files in WP eStore settings but don’t know about the rest.
Is there any other suggestion to get this done?
January 4, 2013 at 11:39 pm #52293adminKeymasterHi, I sent you an email to get access to the site so I can check your settings and see what is going on this site.
Update: I checked your site after you removed the existing connection and reauthorized it. Everything is working as expected. Also, you specified the wrong AWeber list name in the product configuration too. I sent you an email with a summary.
