Hello – I’ve been developing a new website on a local server, and have just moved it to live hosting. Everything looked fine, however it seems that the membership and store plugins appear to have lost all their members, membership levels and products.
I can still see them in the database, but they’re just not showing within the plugins themselves.
I’ve even tried readding some of the items manually, but this is refused with the error that the membership level/item already exists, so the plugins are still seeing the items, just not listing them…
I’ve done all the usual, removed and reinstalled the plugins, and everything else seems to be fine…
Any idea what might be wrong?
ok fixed, seems that for some reason the plugin was looking for capital letters in the table names – ie. wp_wp_eStore_ instead of wp_wp_estore_ – perhaps something tat occured after an update?
The plugin will always look for the following table name for example:
{your database prefix}wp_eStore_…
It is important that you don’t alter these table name when you move site or it won’t be able to connect to the database and read the values.
