Maybe the following feature in the eMember will be of some help for this issue.
Login Restriction by IP Address
If the number of login attempts from different IP addresses exceed this limit then the member’s account will be locked. Leave this field empty to disable this feature.
You can enable this feature from eMember’s settings menu.
May 31, 2012 at 3:13 am in reply to: eStore: Why so much empty space after the product description #45684IvyMember1. You either you have a lot of spaces after your description or there is something happening on the page.
Are you using HTML in the product description?
There are also some errors on your site that can be causing this issue including a missing end tag. You can see these here:

2. No you only need to place this once on the page where you want it to be viewed. Note where you place the shopping cart shortcode the shopping cart will show.
IvyMemberAre the sites using the same theme and plugins?
The following may help you with this issue.

Also, post a link to the page where you have the add to cart button so we can take a look.
IvyMemberPlease see the following post for all the available shortcodes in the eStore. There are many for displaying categories.
Make sure to have a look at the extra shortcodes plugin on the same page as it has even more options.
Also see the following link as it will have more information about using categories:

IvyMemberUpdate: In the “page/form settings” of the eMember admin you can now choose which fields are shown on the profile page (Including the thumbnail image).
IvyMemberI am glad you got this working now.
IvyMemberPayPal does not allow you to make modifications to recurring payments once they have been setup. What you will need to do is have your members cancel their recurring payments and then purchase the annul payment option.
PayPal is very strict about recurring payments and there are limitation set on them by PayPal.
Your users can cancel any of their active subscription payments by logging into their PayPal account. WP eMember has a shortcode that you can also use to make a subscription cancel button.
If you are in a niche where your users are not very familiar with PayPal, you can have an instruction page that explains how the users can cancel an active subscription.
IvyMemberI have a few questions for you.
1. Do you have any shipping setup in the eStore?
2. Since this is being added when you get to PayPal I believe you may have a profile shipping setup in your PayPal account. Can you check to make sure there is no shipping set in your PayPal account?
3. What version of the eStore are you using?
4. Can you send me a link to your product?
Please have a look at this post that should be very helpful too:
May 10, 2012 at 1:12 am in reply to: eMember – current version confusion – forum posts different to website #44926IvyMemberWe update the support site on a regular basis however we list the last known stable version only. When a new build is released there is some delay before we update the information on the support site.
As long as your version is the same or above the listed number you are fine. However note you can always get the latest build from the plugin update page here:
IvyMemberPlease see the following forum post as it will explain more about troubleshooting autoresponder signups.
It is a good idea to lead a fresh build of eStore too before you do the troubleshooting:

IvyMemberPlease use the contact form and send me the license key and the email address you used to make the purchase. I can then reset the license for you.
You can find the contact form here: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/contact
IvyMember@excedeservices, are you looking at the leads menu in the admin dashboard?
