Can't activate. Reached Maximum Allowable Domains…

I can’t activate the license and i receive the following message:

License key is invalid!

Reached Maximum Allowable Domains!

I think the problem may be that some time ago I made some tests with the plugin on my old site before moving to a new hosting company… I have rebuild my site in the new server and the old one has been completely erased before cancelling my hosting contract.

I think that probably I didn’t deactivate the license before erase all files…

Could you please explain me how to proceed for activating the license in the new site?

Please use the contact form and send me the license key and the email address you used to make the purchase. I can then reset the license for you.

Hi. I am having the same issue. I tested the product on a test site and the plug in then disappeared from my WordPress installation. I had to reinstall it but when I use the license key I get the same message:

License key is invalid!

Reached Maximum Allowable Domains!

Please assist urgently.

Whenever you think that you will need to re-install the plugin or use it in another WP install, you need to deactivate the key from the product license menu of the existing install. That will free up the key so you can use it again on the new install.
