After you load a fresh build set the membership levels of the members to where they should go to then monitor what happens.
Use fancy display9 with that category shortcode. Fancy display 9 will produce a similar compact display that you saw in the other shortcode. You will need to have the latest build of the extra eStore shortocdes plugin to get fancy display 9. You can check this page to see how this display looks:

PayPal automatically sends a notification when a chargeback happens and the plugin can take appropriate measure when it receives that notification (example: delete the customer record). As far as I know 2Checkout doesn’t send a notification like that (the plugin has no way of knowing that a chargeback was filed if the payment gateway does not send a notification for it). First, go to your manager customers menu and search with the customer’s email address to find the record so you can delete it manually. Do the same for the affiliate commission. Then ask 2checkout to see if they an option to notify the chargeback via an IPN.
PayPal cannot send notification to a local environment. In order for PayPal to be able to send the Payment notification the server MUST be accessible by PayPal (you need to be able to access it via a domain name or an IP address).

I am pretty sure if you specify the individual product shipping to zero (0) it will know that the item is a digital product and it won’t force a shipping address collection. Collecting shipping address is good in a sense that it can prevent a lot of fraud purchase (it can help reduce after sale disputes).
If you are using eStore to sell the product (as you already said you are) then it will have the product information there (it should have the product ID information with each commission).
Don’t use the “Smart Thumbnail” option from the plugin and timthumb won’t do any messing up… its best if you re-size the image in your PC using a photo editing software (example: photoshop) keeping the image dimension of the fancy display in mind then upload them and use it.
